第三方系统对接金蝶采购订单代码示例

金蝶单据生成逻辑

在金蝶上生成一个订单需要执行三步:

  1. 保存(save)
  2. 提交(submit)
  3. 审批(audit)

金蝶接口调用方法

一般使用金蝶 SDK
进行接口调用操作,此示例中用到的就是金蝶官网下载的 k3cloud-webapi-sdk8.0.6.jar

此外,需要在项目根目录新建一个 kdwebapi.properties 文件,SDK
启动时需要使用其中配置链接金蝶环境;

项目中调用金蝶接口就使用 SDK 中的 K3CloudApi ,调用 new 方法实例化:

实例会使用 【kdwebapi.properties】 中的配置来初始化, SDK 的操作权限也与配置中的用户相关,用户无权限操作的数据, SDK 也不能操作;

使用 K3CloudApi 即可调用上述提到的保存(save)、提交(submit)、审批(audit)接口方法;

保存(save)调用方法如下:

其中有两个参数,第一个是每种表单都有自己独特的 【formid】 ,这部分可从金蝶的接口文档中找到,比如我这个 【PARA_CRM_RepairOrder】
就是 【服务工单】 的 【formid】;

调用保存接口成功之后,会返回表单的 id 和 code ,这两者在后续的提交和审批接口中会用到;
